WebCanadian here. I almost never use restroom. Sounds kinda weird and awkwardly formal. Too much so for everyday conversation. I use bathroom and washroom interchangeably. I find that these 2 are used the most often. I don't use washroom more than bathroom. I think I use bathroom much more.
