WebOFF-SITE/VIRTUAL WOD COMPLETION INFO. The WODs do not need to all be done in a single day. The only requirement is that the WODs be done between April 20th and May 15th 2024 at 7pm Pacific. No matter what, no off-site scores and videos can be submitted after May 15th, 2024 at 7pm Pacific. WODs must be video recorded using WODProof. WebDon't get me wrong I still had a blast and on WOD 2 was able to do quite well. However when those same guys can crank out 30 goblet squats and 30 kettle bell swings unbroken I really don't think the festivus games is designed for those individuals.
